This is a perfect shape unit, the bottom of it doesn't Evan have a single nick on it.. It may discolored by being as old as it is, but that's because of being oil saturated it's whole life. The 3/8" collet spines in and out of it easily. The lever moves smoothly also. It Has a 7 inch diameter base . Its kind of heavy, so I will package it correctly, but have to put the  shipping at a flat rate of 29.99...If you  have any questions, just message me, and I will answer right away..Plus I will ship right away too.
This uses the Zagar 707 series collets that have 2-1/2" diameter and 16 threads per inch thread-in collets
These collets can be found for sale many places in many sizes
The collet that comes with this unit is a 3/8" dia. hole size, and says Zagar Inc. Cleveland Ohio on its face
