• made in St Louis MO around 1900 or so
• by Alois Aufrichtig Maker - marked on bottom
• this was a Copper Brass and Sheet Iron Works company based in St. Louis Missouri in late 1800s-early 1900s
• looks like there may have been a lid on it at one time - but no longer
• very rustic - did not polish at all - as found
• would make unique decor piece or barware accent
