    Vintage Sears Craftsman Tool Box Mechanic Chest. Condition is "Used". WITH KEY. Dents, scratches, rust. See photos for exact condition.
    This tool box originally belonged to a So Calif. surfer/racing mechanic in the 50s 60s 70s. He had tool boxes with all sorts of decals from racing shops in So Cal that are no longer around.
    What’s interesting about the two decals on the box is that Dive and Surf was one of the first So Cal surf shops opening in 1953 and is where Body Glove wetsuits were invented in 1953. This guy over his lifetime was friends with all sorts of innovators and had his hands in all kinds of So Calif. history
