Description

Original US Army M1 Helmet Shell
Converted by Spain to Airborne
Helmet has history. Manufactured during or prior to Vietnam war for the US military was provided to the Spanish Army in the late 1970's. Spain used the M-1 only for their Paratrooper Brigade. Liner is of Spanish make with stamped paratrooper marking. Spanish converted the shell to a fixed bale. Paint is to the Spanish use. Helmet and liner are solid but have condition issues including dings, chips some surface rust and some damage including tears to webbing.  Chinstraps are MISSING. Check photos
