  • Condition: Shell is in good condition with some wear. Liner is in good used condition with intact webbing; there is some exterior paint chips, a small crack near the brim, and white paint spray around the edges of the interior. Inside, sweatband leather is worn, but still flexible; and there is some dust. Cover is in fair shape, with some spots, stains, rips, and heavy wear.

    Shell is a rear seam swivel bail with heat stamp of 5273.
    It has Vietnam era chinstraps. Liner is dated 1969, with intact webbing. Sweatband
    still has mostly soft leather, and is dated 1969
    . Nape strap is present. Liner has some white paint spray inside the front brim. Cover is the reversible Mitchell camo type; it is contract number and FSN marked, but undated. Long flap style, so holes have been ripped out for the chinstraps. Nice solid set.
