Sewing Tape Measure & Pin Cushion “Pull Nose” Grandma Vintage Japan w Tag
Adorable vintage sewing tape measure and pin cushion for the seamstress or collector!
The soft figure is made to look like a Grandma with a blue stocking cap and a bulbous nose. She sits atop a “tomato-like” pin cushion. Grandma has big blue felt eyes and a little ruffle under her chin.
Coming out of Granny’s nose is the original tag that says “PULL MY NOSE”
When you pull her nose, out comes a measuring tape up to 35 inches in length.
The tape pulls out easily and retracts with just a resistance, than goes fully back into place.
The pin cushion measures 4 inches in height.
This piece is in very nice age-related condition with no holes or tears. There is some fading and light scuff marks particularly on her hat and face. We will let the new owner clean them up, if desired.
