I have no idea where I got this from but have had it forever, I was collecting tiger stripes some time ago and just re-found this.  It is an absolute in country made hat, it does show some age and wear but is still pretty decent.  I am a long term collector/dealer/author you can buy from with confidence.  I did my best to measure the inner opening to try and figure out the size, it was "roughly" 22 inches if I did it properly.  It could be a little larger or smaller so say + or - an inch either way.
