The Foster 3/4HP
Model JG600-C pump
operates on a standard 115 Volt outlet and draws approx. 6-7 amps.   Pump in/out Ports are constructed of quality threaded brass Standard 1" pipe thread  for easy plumbing hookup and due to the Brass metal thread fittings: your standard pipe threaded fittings will go in smoothly and no worries about rusted fittings in the future!
We have had questions about this item regarding whether it is
"certified" for drinking water or commercial type use
- and we are
Not
aware of
any
certifications for this Pump.  Please check your local governmental regulations to insure your application does Not require this.
Pump water from ponds, tanks or wells.  (*note adequate screening may be required when pumping from Open Water Sources to keep debris out as this is a clean water pump and is not rated for pumping solids or debris).  A check valve is required on the intake water pipe to the pump inlet (not included).

water tested
" from the factory.  Some minor residual water may remain in pumps & this is normal.  During initial install- simply run the pump briefly with discharge hose open & any minor rust color residual water will flush out quickly.
