Acquired an enormous Collection of Vintage Tape Measure's, Collected for over 40 years.  Will be listing them up over the next couple months. Stay Tuned.
This is a vintage German Porcelain Tape Measure
. In the form of a Lady head with curled hair a Rare 5 in the Morphy book. The tape pulls out and retracts but gets stuck some times, has been taped at 6 inches(needs attention)
.  Measures about 1 1/2" wide x 1 1/2" tall.
It's in vintage condition
