Original British quad poster for the 1982 US film. Printed in England by Broomhead, featuring artwork far more risque than its US variant.
Remaking his own film, "Lemon Popsicle" (1978), director Davidson brings his Israeli tale to the streets of Los Angeles. Gary (Monoson) and his friends (Antin, Rubbo) are high school students who stumble through life trying to score dolls and drugs. Karen (Franklin), a transfer student and a virgin, inevitably comes between the friends, and they are determined to deflower. Karen is impregnated and Gary helps her get an abortion and the two share a seemingly unbreakable romance.
The soundtrack boasts popular bands of the late 1970s, including Devo, The Police, Oingo Boingo, U2, The Cars, Blondie, and more.
