Antique Vintage Black Glass Faceted 3" Hair Comb Pin Mourning Accessory Slide

I believe this is some type of hair accessory.  It is 3" long and 1 1/8 inches wide. It seems to be made of glass and wire.  Not sure if this had a pin/stick with it or if something else goes with it.
