Antique Victorian Mourning Brooch Pin , Black Jet, Marcasite ,& Sterling Silver

Wonderful antique Victorian mourning brooch .
Late 1800s.
Setting is heavy sterling silver .
Stamped but I can not read it.
Faceted marcasite stones accent each end.
The large center stone is black French jet .
It is a smooth oblong .
The old clasp is braised on and the hinge has a thin plate .
No doubt hand crafted as is the brooch by a jeweler.
1-1/2" long
Approximately 1/2" wide.
In excellent antique condition.
